Good emotional health helps you see the best in yourself despite challenges. Having a positive outlook makes you feel more energized and helps you focus and think more clearly, whereas poor emotional health depletes your mental resources and leads to exhaustion.

Hi, I am Archana Deshpande.

My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy. My aim is to help you alleviate your pain and become more aware of your feelings and patterns of relating to yourself and to others.

I hear this all the time. This articulates how my clients want to attain simple, blissful and satisfying life. I deal with Adults, Couples, Children, Adolescents, Families, Performers and Presenters. I help them resolve Anger and stress issues, issues related to depression and anxiety. I facilitate in building relationships and support healthy parenting. I also support my clients to deal with performance issues related to work. I aid children in building resilience. Through Couple counselling, I ease the couples to connect and enhance relationship. My Pre-marital counselling is specially designed for the specific needs of the couples.
