Today, we will try to know who we are, a warrior or a warrior.
A worrier is a person who constantly worries there is so much to worry about work, relationships, money, health and so on. The thoughts of worry include will my family be able to sustain in these moments of crisis? Will I be able to pay all the bills? Will I be able to go back to work? Will I be able to take care of my family? Am I doing anything right? Is anyone looking at me? Am I really happy? What is the purpose of my life? What is a total waste of time?
All these thoughts do not change the situation. All it does is keeps the person busy doing nothing. So, we need to stop overthinking. By wearing one tends to create problems which do not exist.
Instead of panicking over what could happen, why not choose a different path? The path where you let go of the worries and focus on getting the most out of life instead.
We can show concern about the existing problems. There is a difference between worry and concern. A worried person sees a problem, but a concerned person tries to solve the problem just like a warrior.
So how do we awaken the warrior within us?
